Company Statement

Adelaide Heating Solutions owners and installers have been trained overseas and bring with them a wealth of experience. The two directors have over 70 years of hydronic heating experience between them having both been successful in the City of Guilds, UK appropriate apprenticeship training courses. There is very little of no training here in Australia for heating specialists and the subject is not covered in the plumbing apprenticeship, but we apply all good working practices learnt overseas to our core business here in Australia.

At Adelaide Heating Solutions we have remained with our small core of major suppliers for well over 8 years proving we have faith in their products and that they trust us to install to their high standards. We have nothing to hide and are more than happy to pass on contact details for all our suppliers, so our information given to you can be verified.

By installing to a high standard, we have minimal warranty and maintenance call outs and we believe in 'doing the job properly and doing it once'. We also believe in only installing either materials, equipment or methods that we would accept in our own home. The customer is the priority, and this also relates to the running costs and efficiency of the system. We don't believe in giving false predictions on equipment efficiency or predicted running costs, we only give the facts as we see them. Therefore, we use reputable suppliers selling high quality material installed to the highest standards with no exceptions.

We will always give our most competitive quote for the project in the first instance and do not over inflate a price just, so we can reduce the cost to win the work later against a competitor. We are honest from the start and do not believe in defaming other installers as this is unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

It is hard for customers to get competitive quotes for heating systems and we will strive to offer transparency in our quotes. If the customer is unsure about any aspect of the system specified please contact us to clarify the concerns.

Trust is everything and we hold our reputation in high regard and feel that we are well supported by our suppliers who also value their reputation.

Terms and Conditions

You accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

  1. Adelaide Heating Solutions agrees to supply and install, and the customer agrees to purchase the products set out in this estimate.

Adelaide Heating Solutions reserves the right to change the product to a similar product in the event that the original product becomes unavailable, updated or obsolete. Adelaide Heating Solutions will reasonably endeavour to inform the customer of any such event.

  1. Adelaide Heating solutions will not be held responsible for any changes in the work site or construction drawings and therefore increase in costs unless informed of changers 14 days prior to work commencing.
  2. If any changes are made to the work site or construction drawings, then Adelaide Heating Solutions reserves the right to amend the accepted quote if this alteration is deemed to increase the cost to Adelaide Heating Solutions.
  3. Any changers to products after been delivered to the work site will be subject to additional costs to the customer if deemed not to be the fault of Adelaide Heating Solutions.
  4. Any changers to product locations as set out in the quote, will be subject to additional costs to the customer if Adelaide Heating Solutions is not informed prior to arriving on the work site.
  5. The quote is valid for 30 days and also assumes that works will be completed within twelve months from the date the acceptance form is received, should this not be the case additional costs may apply should material costs increase.
  6. This quote is accurate at the date stated above and any increase or decrease of import costs, freight or exchange rate will be adjusted and the customer informed in righting.
  7. This quote is based on the works been carried out in normal working hours Monday to Friday 7am to 5.30 pm. Any out of hours work requested will be at additional cost to the customer.
  8. A 20% deposit will be required by Adelaide Heating Solutions before any materials are ordered or delivered to the work site
  9. Materials delivered or installed on the work site become the customer’s property and therefore any loss due to theft or vandalism becomes their responsibility.
  10. A minimum of four hours at a standard hourly rate of $95.00 per hour + GST will be payable for each contractor should the contractor arrive on site as agreed but be unable to work due to circumstances beyond their control. This amount will be shown on a variation order and the terms are 7 days. Inclement weather will be exempt.
  11. All materials installed will be subject to a 12 (twelve) month warranty period. Any warranty call within this period will be handled by Adelaide Heating Solitons or/and their elected contractors. If an unelected party attends to the warranty call without prior agreement with Adelaide Heating Solutions, then this will deem the warranty nil and void.
  12. If materials are found to be mistreated due to lack of maintenance, alteration, or neglect this will not be covered by the warranty.
